Born and raised in Ireland, coming from a musical family with Irish culture of traditional music and world-renowned blues, rock and jazz Irish artists such as Rory Gallagher, Gary Moore, Van Morrison, Christy Moore just to name a few. Brendan has taken all these genres and influences with him across the world and established himself in Australia in 1992 performing and writing his own material which consists of his love of blues & roots , folk, country & Irish Trad in his repertoire. His somewhat tongue in cheek and personnel songs are his life experiences and journey of ups and downs has made him and his music to be heard and related to the common people with similar life experiences
